Hello MinimalistGirlBlog readers! I have to say, I am sorry this post has taken me so long to get around to, I have had some computer issues (I am actually in the library to post this because my personal computer is very sick right now, and at the doctor. The doctors say the prognosis doesn’t look good though). However, I am here now to post this (and will post before I make edits, so don’t judge. Now that you are inspired and have ideas in mind for the look you might like to go for, you can begin to purge your wardrobe of all those pieces that you don’t wear or don’t need anymore. Building your Capsule Wardrobe: Step 1 – Inspiration

Hello again everyone. Here is a kind of weird post, but I wanted to share with you all essentially the contents of my personal Pinterest Clothing Inspiration page. It is a long, slightly disorganized post, but I think that the photos all have merit and I think it may be helpful to you to see the process I went through for my “Step 1” of my minimalist wardrobe journey. Building my Minimalist Wardrobe: Overview

As with many who are beginning their minimalist journey, especially as a woman in my culture, I had to begin with downsizing my wardrobe. It began as a simple aspiration to be able to more easily get dressed in the mornings and to feel better in what I was wearing. I really utilized Pinterest more than anything to help gain my inspiration for the huge undertaking that was sorting and donating my clothing. I donated bags and bags of clothing over many different sessions of sorting my clothing.
